This incumbent is to build sustainable and long term business growth in Western China region through partnership and collaboration with key strategic and targeted customers serving the customer development of innovative new products and support of an efficient supply chain.

Key Accountabilities:
?Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close.
?Knowledge of how to manage a geographic territory to meet quota objectives.
?Identify opportunities to serve the customer, create value and secure new business；
?Implement promotional and business plans and strategies in the assigned territory, identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities in the assigned territory. Develop and execute the market plan；
?Defines, builds and leads the internal support team to serve the customer by identifying and deploying the sales, technical and marketing resources required for effective delivery of projects；
?Maintain strategic relationship with major customers and business partners, ensure delivery of high quality service and customer satisfaction. Manage the distribution channel to ensure the product supply for the region；
?Reach Market Share objectives both in volume and in units. Have thorough knowledge of company products, sales region and competitors；

Key Background & Experience Requirements:
?Four year Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a commercially related discipline.
?A minimum of 5 years sales experience with evidence of a strong track record of success in growing B2B sales or FMCG in the food industry, ideally with food service chains.
?A global outlook, ideally with experience in building customer and internal relationships.

We provide seasoning blends for a range of vegetables, grains, prepared dinners and other savory applications. We also provide seasonings and sauces for snack foods, including meat snacks, crisps and extruded products, sauces and gravies, meat seasonings, marinades, rubs, and tropical seasonings.
