Key Responsibilities:
Work close with OEM, to ensure the ID design is safe, functional and all aspects can meet Strix expectations.
Using CAD, review the appliance construction, and advise OEM/Brand about changes required
Able to review appliance construction with a view to whether it can be tooled.
Able to review mould/press tool construction and comment on its suitability.
Manage their own time to ensure timely evaluation and test reports are issued.
Audit production lines at OEM's and where necessary give constructive appraisals and recommendations for improvement.
Work with OEM managers.
Provide support to the rest of the team where necessary.
Qualification:
1.Require mechanical engineering degree and at least three years on appliance design or Manufacturing/Quality engineering experience at a manufacturing factory
2.Able to use CAD design tools to review construction of the appliances and show structural changes, able to design gauges
3.Good communication skill and effective team work
4.Flexible to travel on business. (Mostly in Guangdong Province)
5.Good English skill on written and spoken
6.Able to work under pressure and challenge.
