工作职责：

- 系统核心代码编写,参与敏捷项目开发过程，包括需求、设计、开发、运维；

- 制定和调研各种技术规范；

- 指导和培训工程师。

职位要求：

- JAVA基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解；

- 8年及以上使用JAVA开发的经验，对Spring,ibatis,hibernate,struts等开源框架熟悉；

- 熟悉Linux，Apache 系统操作；

- 具丰富数据库Oracle、MySql运用和优化的经验；

- 拥有大型B2B商务网站开发经验优先；

- 沟通能力强，工作认真、细致、责任心强,能承受较强工作压力，能合理分配工作时间，富有工作热诚。

Responsibilities:

- Involve in all phases of website development cycles including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing and maintenance;

- Conduct research on latest web technologies;

- Train up and provide guidance to other team members.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science Degree or above with over 8 years of Java experience (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering) ;

- Knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications;

- Exposure to a variety of Java technologies including J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB. Knowledge in Spring, ibatis, hiberate, struts;

- Database knowledge in Oracle and MYSQL;

- Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles;

- Experience in large scale B2B e-commerce website is a plus;

- Good communication skills, Self-motivated, well-organized and timely with deliverables.
