1.负责分公司银保计划制定和计划执行追踪（业务计划、人力计划和预算），完成相应业务分析报告
Make plans of bank insurance and follow the implementaion (business plan, HR plan and budget), then finish a analytic report.
2.协助银保负责人开拓银行合作渠道，建立并维护渠道业务关系
Coordinate with bank insurance director to widen cooperative channels with other banks, and estabilish, keep the channel bisiness relation.
3.协助银保负责人落实总对总合银行业务合作建立、维护和发展
Coordinate with the bank insurance director to estabish head-to-head office cooperative relation, maintain and develop it.
4.负责协调公司内部资源，跟进和落实当地合作渠道的业务合作事项，实现渠道业务启动目标
Integrate the internal resources, follow and implement the local cooperative items, so as to reach the goal.
5.负责策划和执行渠道业务营销活动（对合作伙伴和客户），推动业务，达成渠道业务目标
Plan and carry out the channel sales( to partners and clients).

1.大学以上学历
Cachelor's degree or above
2. 具有3年以上银保业务管理工作经验
3 years' bank insurance experience
3. 有银保销售工作经验者优先
Someone with bank insurance experience will get precedence.
4.能够从客户需求出发（客户导向），发展和维护渠道合作关系；
Proceeding from the clients' need( client-oriented), develop and maintain channel cooperation.
5.熟悉当地市场银行保险市场信息；
Familiar with local bank insurance market
6.对业务具备敏锐度和判断能力；
Have keen perception and judgment on bank insurance
7.具备较强的组织协调能力；有团队合作精神
Organizing and coordinating ability, collaboration.
