Sr. NPP Procurement Engineer


Job Description

Major Responsibilities
1.Lead optimization Non-BOM purchasing system and process
2. Market research
3. Sourcing based on proper technical and commercial understanding
4. Integrate cost analysis and price negotiation
5. Contract management
6. Ensure procurement reliability and flexibility
7. Monitor and develop supplier performance

Major Work Objectives
1.Improve purchasing system and process to meet company development
2.Supply pool analysis and updating to the market
3.Supplier selection based on proper understanding on technical, commercial and compliance requirement
4.Cost saving according to the target by yearly
5.Ensure supply in quality, in time, flexibly and economically
6.Supplier assessment, management and development

Job Requirements

1. Education
College Graduate or above. Engineering Education is preferred
2. Work Experience
Having 5~7 years purchasing experience in multinational company
3. Skills
Good engineering understanding about equipment and spare parts
Sensitive in data; good data analysis skills
Good legal and contract knowledge
Good knowledge of negotiation skill
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good market knowledge of equipment and spare parts
Good oral and written English and Chinese
Good command of office software operation such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint
