Job Description *
1.Handle product transfer and new product set up
2.Mechanical design responsibility for JDM businesses includes concept generation, 3D modeling, generating 2D drawing, defining CTF/CTQ dimensions, engineering analysis (tolerance analysis, DFM and FEA) and product realization activities
3.Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line
4.Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield
5.Participate to improvements to methodologies to maximize debug, integration and verification efficiency
6.Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues
7.Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues – engineering changes, new model development
8.Suggest modification to work instructions, material or product changes so as to ensure superior quality of products
9.Work with design team to resolve design related issues

Job Requirements *
1.Motivate and develop teammates to maintain a high degree of efficiency which will lead to a successful product launch
2.Coordinate with relevant function to resolve on quality and other product engineering related matters.
3.Initiate and implement cost reduction and quality improvement activities.
4.Establish on-going training program for FMTS operation sites engineers
5.Drive continuous improvement programs
6.Sound knowledge of Failure Mode Effects & Analysis (FMEA)
7.Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels and departments/units
8.Critical thinking and good analytical skill
