Requirement ：
1、大专及以上学历，机械，电子或相关工科类专业；
College above or equivalent degree, majored in mechanism, electronics or related science.
2、3年以上同等职务经历，有机械方面的经验，熟悉电子产品的应用及生产流程；
More than 3 years'work experience in the equivalent position, have mechanical experience
and familiar with the application of electronic products and the production processes;
3．电脑操作熟练，会AUTOCAD，PRO-E等绘图软件；
Skillful in computer operation and the using of Auto-CAD, Pro-E and other drawing software;
4、较强的学习能力，能承受较强的工作压力；
Good learning ability and can work under pressure;
5、良好的内外沟通、协调及执行能力；
Good internal and external communication, coordination and execution ability;
6、良好的英文读写能力。
Good command of English reading and writing ability;
7、有ERP系统操作经验者优先。
Employee with ERP operation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities(职责):
1、负责新产品的设计、试制和承认。
Responsible to design, trial-produce and confirm the new products;
2、负责纸质物料清单和标准工时分析、生产流程及时制作与更新。
Responsible to make and update the paper form BOM, the standard work hour analysis and PFC;
3、新产品所需物料提供相关规格或图纸给采购寻找供应商及询价。
Offer related specification or drawings of materials needed by new products to purchaser, so
as to find vendors and inquire price;
4、负责新产品的工装夹具的设计及新导入产品的工装夹具和设备的准备。
Responsible to design tooling fixtures needed for new products and prepare the newly lead in
tooling fixtures and equipments for the new products;
5、组织人员按客户要求试制各种合格样品。
Organize workers to trail-produce various kinds of qualified samples according to customers’
requirement;
6、组织制定新产品的技术标准。
Organize and set the technological standard for new products;
7、认真做好产品的原始技术资料的保管和归档工作。
Manage and file the original technological documents of new products well;
8、负责成品包装设计。
Responsible to design the packing of finished products;
9、物料及货品的编码的提供。
Offer part no. for main materials and items;
10.完成上级交办的其它工作任务。
Finish other work assigned by Engineering manager.
