ESSENTIAL TASKS AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1.Perform tooling Management function. Make use of tooling Management methodologies such as Action Item Lists ,Team meetings, Change Control, Timelines, trimming round maintenance solution etc. to manage the tooling through execution of the prouction Plan. Perform and/or coordinate the tooling design, manufacturing, start up and debug with related department, in order to meet quality requirements and to ensure tool progress on target timeline as well as cost budget.
2.Responsible for the communication toPOP ME, MOLDING on requirement of the molding tooling;
3.Work with team members or Molding to ensure sourced tools are maintained to meet or exceed the quality;
4.Responsible for repair and maintenance of molds and liaison with internal & external Perlos;
5.Recommend part design changes to simplify tooling requirements and reduce overall costs;
6.Periodically review equipment or system alarms to identify adverse trends and potential failure points;

Education and experience
1. Strong leadership capabilities, excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills, decision-making capabilities, conflict resolution, risk management
2. Good Mechanical background, 3-5 years experience in Mechanical & Tooling design or tooling related equivalent.
3. Good creative or innovation skills and like to try new way to solve the problem
4.Experienced in Lotus note. UG/Pro-E
