PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Develop qualified new suppliers
2.RFQ (Request for Quotation) kick off
3.Price, Terms and Conditions negotiation and confirmation
4.System Data Maintenance
5.Quarterly cost review with supplier, ensure timely implementation of price negotiated
6.To drive localization and cost reduction for oversea purchases
7.Issue PO and follow up delivery timely from suppliers
8.Manage escalation issues for all current and potential Nonsolar program's materials
9.Supply Management Inventory negotiation and management
10.Review suppliers' capacity to ensure continuity of supply chain periodically

Requirements
1.College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering.
2.Familiar with RFQ, Material Supplier Management experiences.
3.In depth understanding of Materials Supply Chain Management as well as ERP and SMI concept and implementation.
4.Knowledge in sourcing and supply base would be an added advantage.
5.Fluent in verbal and written communication (in both Chinese and English).
6.Strong negotiation skill, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
7.Self-and-swift learner and task-driven personality.
8.Strong dedication and drive to work independently and under pressure.
9.Familiarity with spreadsheet, word-processing and database application software.
10.Perferrable if candidates has knowledge of sourcing mechanical commodity in China.
