职责：
？ Manage CCA daily operation to meet Shell global SGBP/HSSE/SMBR standard;
？ Provide and ensure Customs clearance documentation accuracy and ensure clearance process compliance to China inspection and quarantine (CIQ,商检)/Customs request;
？ Ensure timely duty payment and coordinate payment process with Finance team;
？ Monitor on-time delivery of released cargo to plants;
？ Track Customs clearance status, coordinate with cross functions (shipping company, agents, finance, government, etc.) to manage the overall process, and control detention and demurrage;
？ Support on forwarder and CCA performance management; including monthly KPI scoring and collect other records for CCA performance management;
？ Identify Customs/CCA issues and raise out if any big issues.
？ Business data record and consolidate for monthly report;
？ Collect full set of Customs Clearance documentation from agents and keep file;
？ Work with cross team to coordinate the import goods upload/delivery plan including NTC goods.
？ Other activities related Customs/CCA if needed;

要求：
？ Bachelor degree/university diploma or above, business/trading/logistics field is preferred;
？ 2 years or above of Customs experience (multinational corporation or petro-chemical industry is preferred); experience with material planning, transportation and logistics is preferred;
？ Familiar with shipping, CIQ and customs clearance requirement and process, experience with material planning, transportation and logistics is preferred;
？ Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
？ Good team work spirit, interpersonal skills and proactive working attitude.
？ Summary and comprehension capabilities
？ Good skill on computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
