Responsibilities:

1. Make the itinerary and work schedules for General Manager, including the daily, weekly and monthly plans. Remind GM of these plans in time;
2. Draft various files and documents required by General Manager. Deliver GM's instructions to departments;
3. Collect, integrate and submit various reports. Make marketing research and report asked by GM. Remind and supervise every department to submit reports on time;
4. Organize or assist to organize all kinds of important company activities and meetings, including making minutes, following and supervising to make sure good implement. Participate in various ceremonies, seminars and make relevant records and reports required by GM;
5. Draft, print, register and record all kinds of documents belonging to GM. Use and manage all kinds of seals and equipments belonging to GM;
6. Do all kinds of admin issues required by General Manager, including:

- Book air ticket and hotel;
- Assist GM to draft all kinds of articles and reports;
- Prepare all kinds of documents asked by GM at any moment;
- Always ready to accept instructions of General Manager and complete the tasks in time;
- Deal with all kinds of unexpected things properly;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in English, Secretary or Management, above 30 years old;
2. Have the expensive of large events, customer receiving and arrangement, meeting speech;
3. At least 3 years work experience as senior secretary or administrator;
4. The writing foundation of basic skills is strong;
5. At least 1 year work experience for marketing planning;
6. Excellent command of English language, written and oral skills. Good Computer; literacy, MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
7. Outstanding communication and organizing skills;
8. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
