Key responsibility：

­ - To develop, coach and lead a strong local pool of logistics experts in the fields of:

o Availability management

o Production planning

o Procurement

o Import, export and customs

o Warehousing

­ - To determine and implement the Zhuhai supply chain strategy

­ - To manage the supply chain planning and execution process, linking the NSO demand forecast, the supplier delivery capabilities and the factory production capabilities with objective to realize the business objectives regarding sales, customer service and inventory levels.

­ - To Responsible for global availability of Zhuhai products.

­ - To participate in supply chain improvement activities initiated by the PD/BU/CoC on behalf of CL Zhuhai.

­ - To escalate mayor supply chain issues where appropriate to Zhuhai GMT, BU management and/or CoC management and to propose action plan to resolve. To execute the agreed action plan.

­ - To Ensure that departmental procedures are developed and maintained in order to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensures audit readiness among all departmental staff.

­­ - To management representative for Philips Export Controls. Responsibilities include making sure that organization is compliant with Export Control requirements as well as conducting a yearly self assessment using the Export control self assessment and audit tool.

- To management representative for Philips Supply Chain Security. Responsibilities include making sure that organization is compliant with PSCS requirements as well as conducting a yearly self assessment using the PSCS self assessment and audit tool.

Job Requirement

·University Graduate of minimum 8 years relevant experience in logistic and planning functions, which 5 years in supervisory level;
·Good connection with forwarders & carriers;
·Excellent command of written and spoken English & Mandarin;
·Mature, outgoing and able to work well under dynamic and demanding business environment;
·Good team player, leadership, presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
·Good experience in ERP system;
·Stable, Smart, Self-motivated, Aggressive;
·Sound knowledge and practical experience in planning, shipping, warehouses, customs and etc.
