Responsibilities:
§ Manage the Kaizen team to implement the required 3C and Kaizens from others, create the Kaizen culture in Philips CL Zhuhai.
§ Develop and maintain a good moral on the kaizen team, build up a happy and valuable workers force.
§ Make policy deployment and implementation to kaizen team to ensure the company objective properly broken down to and realized on all the relevant levels
§ Supporting the Simply Philps deployment and implement.
§ Support production OG to achieve and improve the overall operation of related production lines to achieve the key PI’s on quality, cost, efficiency and flexibility (CLIP/quality/ WIP/Tempo etc.)
§ Supporting the implement of PSCS in Philips CL Zhuhai. Supporting to create a safety work environment.
§ OCOO budget and spending control. Participate departmental AOP and ensure the cost of both daily operation and capex investment for kaizen team is controlled properly.
§ Coordinate with the ICE / Eng / process Engineer/ Equipment/PE etc. to manage the layout and production line to support and contribute to production sufficiently
§ Following company relevant regulations, internal standards and corporate policies, EHS policy, target, procedures; wearing PPE where required; immediately reporting work-related injuries and illnesses; reporting unsafe conditions; etc.
Requirement
Smooth written and spoken Enghlish
General office automation software skill as Word/Excel/Powerpoint etc.
Good lean and IE knowledge and practice
3 years+ manufacturing management
Profound understanding of ISO 9000 and well understanding of ISO 14001
Understanding of quality tools, basic operational management skills as policy deployment, shopfloor management, 5S, TPM
People management skills and understanding on performance appraisal, job description
Communicate skill, Organization ability.
Teamwork spirit
Basic knowledge of FSP related cost control and management
