To manage the day-to-day operation of the Floral Operations , by providing supervision, direction and leadership to the Floral Team Members on all shifts and to monitor efficient and optimum levels of service standards to all internal and external customers.

The work shop will produce a range of stylized floral items for both internal and external customers . This will require close monitoring of suppliers to ensure that we receive high quality fresh-cut flowers and other related items

Responsible for the management of the floral workshop including all aspects of identifying the range of stock items including their sourcing, ensuring all seasonal catalogues, and special events schedules are in place and communicated to all stake holders

The floral manager is responsible to ensure that he/she maintains a successful and profitable operation, by establishing productive work flows/productivity, inventory control to maximize stock turnover to achieve freshest flowers possible and effective strategies

Ensure that all fresh-cut flowers are stored in the correct manner to optimize freshness

The floral workshop must be maintained in an impeccable condition

Ensure that optimum manning levels are maintained and actively involved in identifying and employing floral operation team members

To motivate and lead the floral team to excel in guest service delivery, by establishing appropriate service standards and being relentless about training and motivating the team to demonstrate these standards on each and every interaction
