     Roclin Global Sourcing's business is all about reducing costs, ensuring quality, and thereby creating value together in partnership with our clients and top China OEM factories.
We reduce costs through identifying the most efficient China manufacturers, connecting clients with them directly, utilising local input-cost and pricing knowledge, optimising logistics, and grouping buying power from several clients with similar sourcing needs.
We ensure quality by working only with the most professional and capable China factories, by implementing a rigorous quality process together with them, and by inspecting all consignments on-site to ensure consistent quality upon arrival at our client’s overseas facilities.
Roclin work as a low-cost China sourcing and quality assurance office for our clients (with no upfront or fixed costs). We manage the entire China supply chain – factory sourcing, production planning, quality assurance and logistics, providing a single dependable point of contact across multiple timezones, for all technical and commercial issues. The results of our work are tangible and speak for themselves – much higher profit margins, better quality products, and a more efficient and reliable global supply chain
