Job Description
1. Oversee the daily operations of FBM’s laboratories;
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the operation of the laboratories;
3. Plan, develop, and implement laboratory services;
4. Maintenance of technical laboratory infrastructure;
5. Support of research ethics approval processes;
6. Programming experiments and Data management;
7. Organizational support for running experiments;
8. Active involvement with stakeholders and team members;
9. Training of team members in software and procedures;
10. Manage the laboratory budget;
11. Implement and monitor health and safety measures in the laboratories;
12. Handle and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the laboratories;
13. Keep abreast of new developments in the field of laboratory science and incorporate them into the laboratories' operations as appropriate;
14. Provide administrative support for the Lab Director;
15. Assist in conducting research under the direction of the Lab Manager and the Faculty;
16. Perform other duties as assigned by the Faculty.

Job Requirement
1. Master's degree preferably related to business analytics, management, and/or computer science. A PhD will be an advantage;
2. Fluent English speaking and writing skills;
3. At least 3-5 years’ working experience gained preferably in related field;
4. Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
5. Programming skills such as in Html, Php, Python, ZTree, and/or Java will be desired;
6. Excellent communication, negotiations and interpersonal skill;
7. Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team;
8. Enthusiastic working attitude, responsible and patient.
