1. Understand the knowledge of production equipment safety. / 了解生产设备安全知识。
2. Could operate the computer. / 会操作电脑。
3. Have electrical and mechanical knowledge and can exercise it. / 具备电气、机械方面的知识，并能运用。
4. Know about IATF16949, ISO14001 knowledge. / 对IATF16949，ISO14001质量和环境管理体系知识有一定了解。
5. Could write the work instruction and train operator. / 会编写设备点检作业指导书和培训作业员。
6. Preferred those who can perform maintenance of equipment(preventive maintenance, after care maintenance) . / 优先考虑能够进行设备维护保养者（预防性维护保养、事后维护保养）。
7. Ability to do operation guidance and personnel training is preferred. / 优先考虑能够实施作业指导和教育者。
8. Ability to produce and revise operational standards is preferred. / 优先考虑具备制作和修订作业标准能力者。

职责：
1. Clearly known the working principle and product process, know well related equipment maintenance and working process and method. / 清楚地知道设备的工作原理和生产工艺流程，熟悉相应设备的维修和作业保养流程和方法。
2. Follow the repairmen application from operator immediately. Find the solution for operation equipment breakdown on time. / 接到生产操作员报修单时，立即跟进，及时解决生产过程中发现的设备故障。
3. Help operator for machine settle and ensure it Smooth running, Substitute the employee when leave the position. / 协助员工进行调机设定并确保调机后设备运行平稳，员工离岗需要顶岗。
4. Serious for daily equipment inspector, found the defective on time and make record, inform relative engineer. / 认真负责做好设备的每日点检工作的巡检工作，及时发现设备的不良情况，并作好记录和通知相关的工程师。
5. According to the yearly maintenance requests to finish operation equipment’s monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance task, and make the record. / 按年度保养计划的要求，完成各生产设备的月、季度、半年和年度的保养任务，并作好保养记录。
6. Regular inspection for equipment safety performance found the potential safety hazard and corrected it on time. / 对设备的安全性能进行定期检查，及时发现安全隐患，并及时纠正。
7. Preparation for the spare part and consumable material record. Help engineer make the plan. / 做好备件和消耗材料的更换记录，协助工程师制定备件和消耗材料的计划。
8. Help operation department training for equipment safety and supervisor and guide them at production line. / 协助生产部对操作人员进行有关设备安全和设备操作的培训，并协助监督与指导生产现场操作人员的安全操作行为。
9. Handover the technique, transmit the related information and follow up. / 作好技术工作交接，按规定要求传达相关信息并跟进执行情况。
