1．负责模具部零件，模具生产加工相关物料的询/报价、议价及采购，包括但不限于模架、热流道、钢材、铜材、配件、五金件、标准件、非标件等；掌握好实际库存和在途物料情况，合理安排采购计划。
2．按照公司规定的委外采购流程进行委外加工，协调解决委外物料、技术要求、工艺要求，在委外零件过程中所产生的异常问题及质量问题进行沟通处理，保证及时、准确处理异常，做好需求部门及供应商之间的沟通桥梁。
3． 负责新供应商的开发及管理。

岗位技能要求：
1. 5年以上注塑模具制造业、采购工作经验
2.熟悉五金、塑胶、模具、标准件、非标件、机械设备、自动化设备等生产制造工艺、设备；
3.熟悉各类加工工序流程、精度要求、生产制造周期，会看2D、3D图纸；
4.熟悉相关质量体系标准，出口模标准及采购流程；
5.有较强的成本分析能力及模具加工成本核算能力；
熟悉汽车产品注塑成型及模具结构，模具配件；
6.有一定的供应商资源，并有实时了解市场行情的意识；
7.具备良好的沟通谈判能力和良好的职业道德素养，强烈的责任心和团队合作精神；
8. 英文读写熟练。
