? Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering field or equivalent.
? 7 years working experience in Engineering Management
? Experience should include new product development and introduction, packaging design, process engineering, mold engineering, project management, and establishment of engineering structure and procedures to support company strategy and business needs.
? Rich experience in product design and implementation, solid experience with variant manufacturing technologies, i.e. SMT, plastic injection and die casting, CNC, anodizing, assembly, etc.
? Good knowledge and experience with design software, i.e. Solidwork, Moldflow, UG, AI, etc.
? Ability to communicate effectively to influence others and gain support to achieve results cooperatively.
? Ability in decision making -- uses a proactive approach to problems and challenges and can react quickly and decisively to critical situations.
? Ability to work in multi-language and multi-cultural environments in our global entity to ensure projects and processes are linked well.
? Effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex assignments, projects, and issues simultaneously.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work independently and collaboratively; Possess a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and innovative problem-solving.

Job Description:
The Engineering Director will be responsible for the overall management of the engineering department. The engineering department is responsible for:
1. NPI (New Product Implementation)
o Manage BOM, Testing Prototypes, Run Project Handover Meetings, etc.
2. IE (Industrial Engineering)
o Manage ECR, Implement New Machine/Process, Design/Fabricate Production Fixture
3. Electrical, Mechanical, and Tooling Engineering
o Electrical Design, Mechanical Prototypes, Tooling/Mold Design/Review, etc.
4. PE (Process Engineering)
o Manage MIR, Manage SWI, Write Machine Instructions, Test Processes and Products
5. Facility Maintenance
o Monthly Facility and Machine Maintenance, Safety & Social Audit Support, etc.

The Engineering Director will:
1. Establish and maintain a capable engineering team
2. Manage EN part of PDDP (Product Design and Development Process)
o Concept: Awareness
o Design: Design Reviews
o Development: Testing of Pilot Run/Salesman Sample, Production Ramp-Up
o Production: Verification of Parts and Process Support, Productions Tools
o Sales and Marketing: Recycling Information and Documentation
3. Weiguo Facility Maintenance
4. Implement the Weiguo social responsibilities plan (ISO)
5. Fix everything!!! (except the e-mail)
