Production Support Engineer
工艺工程师
职位描述：
As a production process owner responsible for handling the technical issues from NPI to mass production, from internal order receiving to delivery.
作为工艺负责人处理从新产品导入到量产，从内部订单到交货的相关工程技术问题。
岗位职责：
1. Design production process and production line layout.设计生产流程和生产线布局。
2. Define product PFMEA and carry out necessary corrective actions定义产品PFMEA并执行必要的纠正措施
3. Define product standard BOM and routing and setup in SAP system在SAP系统中定义产品标准BOM和工艺路线
4. Develop, implement and maintain WI for new and existing processes; provide process training as required to operators and related staff开发、实施和维护现有和新工艺的工作指导书; 按要求对操作人员和相关人员进行工艺培训。
5. Support continuous improvement activity in the plant with primary focus on cost, quality and throughput支持工厂的持续改进活动，主要关注成本，质量和产量
6. Analyze and resolve daily product technical problem on production分析和解决日常生产中的产品技术问题
7. Assist production line to analyze and repair defect product协助生产线分析和修复缺陷产品
8. Assist sample meter build协助样品仪表的制作
9. Responsible for handling of customized parameters of production order负责生产订单定制参数的处理
10. Responsible for modify BOM& Routing for production order when necessary必要时负责修改生产订单的BOM和工艺路线。
11. Support customer queries/complain handling支持客户查询/投诉处理
12. ECR/ECN handling ECR /ECN处理
13. Product packing / label design产品包装/标签设计
14. Consumable material / customer specified new material part number apply and qualification耗材/客户指定的新材料零件号的申请和确认
15. Maintenance of product software tools on production line生产线上产品软件工具的维护
16. Maintenance and troubleshooting for related equipment. 相关设备的维护与问题处理
17. Act as NPI owner in certain project(s) when necessary. 必要时作为某个(些)项目的NPI负责人
18. Responsible for equipment 3rd party calibration. 负责外校设备
19. Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required. 完成被指派或要求的其他职责。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor's Degree Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent大学以上，工科相关专业
2. English good英语听说读写良好
3. 5+ years experience on ME or NPI 、PE\IE 5年以上工程工艺或新产品导入工作经验
4. Experience of manufacturing processes: PCBA, Molding, Stamping, Die Cast, assembly, testing, others. 有PCBA、模具、冲压、压铸、装配、测试等制造工艺工作经验
5. LEAN/Six-Sigma Green Belt Tool Competency 有精益生产/六西格玛绿带经验优先
