RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure and assist in the HSES performance of the QA operations of the Zhuhai plant. Promote and follow plant policies regarding safe work practices through the prevention of personal injury, conservation of the environment, and protection of Lubrizol property.

2. Introduce new test equipment and analysis into the laboratory includes the introduction and development of new procedures and work instruction. Perform equipment calibrations and ensure that calibrations are performed as scheduled. Check and update the analytical standards that are used in the laboratory. Make troubleshooting and find opportunity to make improvements in precision, accuracy and efficiency.

3.Daily test in shift following test procedure and LAI, ensure that only qualified raw materials and products are released, report any non-conforming to QA shift leader or QA supervisor. Update analysis data to SAP or QAIM in time. Ensure all supportive documentation is in place and accurate. Manager all QA samples.

4.Assist in the introduction of new products, this includes Lab blend and analysis, test LAI preparation and update, quality issue communication and following.

5.Support customer complain including sample analysis, lab blend, data analysis, and professional suggestion.

6.Provide training to all laboratory staff on procedures, work instructions and process.

7.Provide test and SAP support to other plants and warehouses.

8.Other work which is arranged by QA Supervisor and QA shift leader.

？ University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
？ At least 1 years related experience in lab testing or QA testing
