职位概况Position Summary:

确保按照世达要求按质按量按时完成客户订单，负责本岗位的5S管理

岗位职责Position Responsibilities and Accountablities:

1. 负责按作业指导书及生产计划要求进行生产作业 Responsible for complete product operation according to working instruction and production plan.

2. 负责项目的编程和加工 Responsible for the program and product of the project

3. 负责按相关作业规定进行自检并做好记录 Responsible for self-checking and record keeping according to relevant regulations

4. 负责按相关作业规定进行生产过程中的产品标识、记录 Responsible for production identify and record during procution process.

5.负责设备日常保养、安全文明生产及工作环境的维护。Responsible for equipment daily maintenance, production safety and working environment maintenance.

6.完成上级交办的其他事项。Complete other matters assigned by the superior.

任职要求  Position Requirements:

1. 本岗位要求的最低学历是：中技（含）以上学历，英语熟练者优先考虑；Secondary technical degree or above; Good English ability is preferred.

2. ***专业：数控专业 Most desired major: CNC

3.相关专业：机械专业 Relevant majors: machinery related majors

4. 工作经验：有2年以上CNC加工经验，能独立解决加工中出现的简单技术问题 Work Experience: over 2 years experience of machining, be able to handle simple technical problems occuring during machining

5. 本岗位需要具备的专业领域经验：加工中心作业技术，刀具研磨技术，刀具性能及使用马大参数 Job knowledge and experience: machining operation, cutter grinding skill, cutter property and use. 

6.有较强的沟通能力、学习能力、团队协调能力 Good communication ability, learning ability, coordination ability.

7. 正直诚实的品德。Honest and upright

8. 能掌握运用电脑办公软件及Powermill/ Mastercam软件 Be familiar with office software and Mastercam

Star Rapid was founded by Gordon Styles. Star Rapid offers the world’s leading services in rapid prototyping and low-volume manufacturing. Star Rapid’s facilities are located in the Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan City. We specialize in CNC multi-axis machining, 3D metal printing, injection molding and much more. We use advanced equipment and techniques like the Renishaw AM250 for 3D metal printing and HAAS 5-axis CNC machining to turn customers’ designs into reality quickly and accurately.

Our team of engineers and managers includes many nationalities such as British, American, German, Australian and Moroccan. The percentage of foreign employees at Star is as high as 10% and as a result, Star has a unique company culture where idea exchange and collaboration is valued.
