Key Areas of Responsibility：

  Part I: Material Planning and procurement  

1. Make the proper material plan according to production plan and use available planning tools to let supplier understand our requirements in order to ensure timely arrival of materials to the factory;

2. Confirm and closely follow up material delivery schedule to assure smooth material supply to the factory;

3. Prepare material buffer plan and seasonal stock requirement, agree with supervisor and execute in order to have materials available for production peak season;

4. Acts as primary contact with suppliers to facilitate problem resolution for assigned material;

5. Addresses and resolves situations such as supply shortages and slow moving / obsolete inventories;

6. Is responsible for maintaining data integrity and procurement master data in SAP/R3 system to ensure realistic and reliable planning results;

7. Act as material supply coordinator to ensure prod when mold transfer;

8. Work with the relevant function to give the support for PPD production and the whole supply chain process;

9. Make effective production planning of PPD, reserved for good time for the machine and mold maintenance;

10. Act as material supply coordinator for internal Philips.

11. Identify supply risks and issues, drive mitigation actions and escalate if needed.

12. Eliminate root causes of availability issues

  

Part II: Supplier development and management

  

1. Actively work with key suppliers to improve delivery performance to fulfill logistics requirement;

2. Measure the suppliers’ logistics performance;

3. Evaluate and audit suppliers, and be involved in supplier risk assessment;

4. Monitor compound resin supplier supply performance to molder.

   Part III: Inventory control

5. Plan material needed and inventory DFS and value trend(AOP and ROFO);

6. Keep the reasonable stock level in line with production plan and inventory targets;

7. Apply inventory control methods (ABC, top ten checking etc.) to determine corrective actions;

8. Continuously monitor and take action to reduce inventory cost (SMOI, JIT, Milkrun, slow moving and OBS cost reduction );

9. Monthly reporting of inventory (obsolete material, slow moving ….);

10. Sub-contract material management (regular cycle count, consign material timely and etc).

                        

  

Part IV: Other:

  

1. Follow up material ECN in order to ensure minimum ECN obsolete cost;

2. Coordinate goods returns to suppliers and/or disposal of materials;

3. Make sure PO documentation is managed correctly;

4. To accept and finish the temporary task assigned by line manager.

5. Knows the technical aspects of the goods to be purchased; understands the technical requirements.

6. Logistic agreement follow up and review.

7. SAP and SNC follow up and continue improve.

  Education学历: College or plus

• Experience工作经验: 3~5 year’s minimum

• Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

      

1. Be familiar with raw material planning and procurement;

2. Fluent English in writing and speaking;

3. Good interpersonal skill, data analytical power and integrated competence;

4. Good knowledge of inventory mangement;

5. Positive thinking, and attitude and team spirit;

6. Knowledge in MRP/MS software, SAP R/3 system, QMS system(ISO9002, ISO13485, etc...)financial issue, contracting, general commercial practice.
