职责描述/Job Description:

1. Responsbile for Material Group Stamping; provide technical expertise and advice. 负责冲压材料组的供应商开发并提供技术建议和支持；

2. Ensure the offers will be received completely and on time by the customer; 保证及时提供客户报价。

3. Ensure the responsible projects will be successfully finalized in terms of time, quality and costs, BOM, drawings, technical specifications etc;

保证所负责项目在实施过程中， 在时间， 质量和成本方面得到成功控制, 同时对项目物料表，图纸及其他技术细节跟持续跟进并完善。

4. Ensure the responsible contracts and conformity declarations will be signed before the start of the product supply

process; 保证合同及有关产品符合性声明在产品供应前得到有效签署。

5. Related data bases maintenance; 对负责项目在数据库中的维护。

6. Price negotiations; 价格谈判。

7. Support the development, improvement and operational execution of the related purchasing strategies of the

company / material group; 支持对公司/负责材料组的采购策略的改善和有效执行。

8. Purchasing market analysis; 采购市场分析。

9. Guarantee payment on time of tools and trial orders; 保证模具和试订单的正常付款。

10. Improve suppliers performance;对供应商的进行考核和评估

资历要求/Requirements:

1.University degree or above (mechanical and electronic engineering or comparable education is preferred).

大学本科或以上。 （机械和电子工程或相当的教育背景优先。）

2. At least 5 years sourcing related experience; working in the field of furniture hardware accessories is preferred;

至少5年以上供应商开发经验， 负责过家具五金配件产品开发优先。

3. Familiar with stamping technology and manufacturing process and also their cost analysis and breakdown.

熟悉冲压技术和制造流程，及其成本构成及分析优先。

4. Good experience in hardware supplier market & supplier audit capability.具有五金供应商市场及供应商审核经验。

5. Having trading and market development experience is preferred; 有贸易和市场开发经验优先。

6. Familiar with sourcing and project management; 熟悉供应商开发和项目管理。

7. Pro-active sourcing mode, well-organized and self-motivated; 主动性高， 自我管理， 自我激励。

9. Good communication skill and cooperation attitude; 良好的沟通技巧和合作态度。

8. Independent, good at problem-solving and good adaptability to pressure; 独立， 善于解决问题和承受工作压力。

9. Good command of both written and spoken English. 英语口语流利。

10. Can work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision. 有能融于团队又可独立工作的能力。
