1. Works with stakeholders on SAP logistics/financial requests

2. Responsible for detailed analysis of business requirements including gathering, documenting and receiving sign-off from business users

3. Provides logistics/ financial configuration support within SAP application in logistics/ financial and/or other functional areas for maintenance, enhancements and projects

4. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties

5. Multi-task and prioritize across multiple assignments effectively

6. Extensive collaboration with EU,US,JP-based SAP team

7. Understand the opportunities and challenges associated with system and functional areas

8. Ability to think out of the box and proactively share recommendations or suggestions

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Education background: Bachelor or above

2. Professional knowledge/Skill/Quality:

Logistics:

• SD – Sales, pricing, billing
• LE – Deliveries, shipments
• *** – Inventory management, purchasing, logistics invoice verification
• PP – Discrete manufacturing, MRP, Demand management
• QM – Planning, inspections, notifications
• WM – Warehouse management

Finance:

• FI – Accounts receivable & accounts payable transactions, general ledger accounting including bank accounts and cash books, asset management, ledger reconciliations. Knowledge of local reporting requirements to assist preparation of statutory accounts.
• CO – cost centre, profit centre and internal order management & reporting, distributions, budgeting and product cost controlling.

 Additional experience in reports/queries, LSMW, ABAP and EDI would be a plus.

3. Working experience: at least 5 years functional configuration and implementation experience within SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 HANA environment

4. Others:

• Good verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin and English)
• Self-motivated, self-directed and works efficiently
• Good analytical/problem solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
• Accountable for producing deliverables by due dates
