 职位概况Position Summary:

Work with NPI engineer to layout the split line of part, guide and training the tooling designer, improve and optimize the tooling design

·和NPI工程师一起输出确认对应的基本分型，指导和培训模具设计工程师，提高和优化模具设计

 岗位职责Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Design guidance 设计指导

o   Guide and work with designers about the concepts of tooling 指导和引导模具的设计概念

2. Design review  设计评审

o   Review and optimize all the design from OMOM,  检查和优化所有的OMOM的模具设计

3. Design training 设计培训

o   Organize and build the training file according to OMOM guys skill level 根据OMOM团队人员的技能水平组织对应的培训。

4. Tooling optimization 模具优化

o   Investigate the quality issue and find the root cause during T sample trials and production.对T样板试做和生产阶段出现的品质问题进行调查分析，找到根本原因。

o   Solve or improve the quality issue during T sample trials and production.  改善或解决T样板试做和生产过程中出现的品质问题。

任职要求Position Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above 本科或以上毕业 

2. Major in tooling design or related. 模具设计或相关专业

3.  Over 6-year experience of Tooling design in Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing industry, high priority if have team training experience. 6年以上注塑模具设计经验, 有团队培训经验者优先考虑

4. Good at analyzing the part design based on the process capability and providing corresponding suggestions to improve the design. 善于根据加工能力分析零件设计并提供改善方案

5. Excellent in solving production issue on site.   擅长现场问题解决

6. Bring end2end perspective for creation of Manufacturing optimized, high-quality molds.   善于根据加工能力分析零件设计并提供改善方案

7 You should also bring extensive knowledge with 3D CAD systems, a plus would be... Siemens NX, PowerShape, XMD – (EXPERT MOLD DESIGNER) or the like. 具备丰富的3D CAD系统知识，更佳……西门子NX, PowerShape, XMD -(专家模具设计师)或类似的。

8. Good communication skills. 良好的沟通技巧

9.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语听说读写流利

Star Rapid was founded by Gordon Styles. Star Rapid offers the world’s leading services in rapid prototyping and low-volume manufacturing. Star Rapid’s facilities are located in the Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan City. We specialize in CNC multi-axis machining, 3D metal printing, injection molding and much more. We use advanced equipment and techniques like the Renishaw AM250 for 3D metal printing and HAAS 5-axis CNC machining to turn customers’ designs into reality quickly and accurately.
