1）和工程部一起输出确认对应的基本分型，指导和培训模具设计，提高和优化模具设计

Work with ENG Dept. to layout the split line of part, guide and training the tooling design, improve and optimize the tooling design.

2）管理整个模具部团队，优化组织架构以及效率提升和成本下降

Manage the OMOM team, optimize the team structure and efficiency up and cost down

  

工作职责

1. 团队管理 ：部门的日常管理以及标准化的制定

Team Management： Daily management and build the standardization

2. 人员协调和工作安排： 基于人员的技能和工作容量安排工作

Personnel coordination and job arrangement: Job review and arrangement based on skill level and capacity

3. 设计指导： 指导和引导模具的设计概念

Design guidance: Guide and work with designers about the concepts of tooling

4.设计评审： 检查和优化所有的模具部的模具设计

Design Review: Review and optimize all the design from OMOM,

5. 设计培训： 根据模具部团队人员的技能水平组织对应的培训

Design training: Organize and build the training file according to OMOM guys skill level

6. 模具优化： 1）对T样板试做和生产阶段出现的品质问题进行调查分析，找到根本原因；2）改善或解决T样板试做和生产过程中出现的品质问题。

Tooling optimization: 1) Investigate the quality issue and find the root cause during T sample trials and production. 2)Solve or improve the quality issue during T sample trials and production.

7. 效率提升和成本控制：基于当前产出至少两倍的提升

Efficiency up and cost control: 2 times efficiency up base on existing out put

任职要求：

1）大专或以上 Junior college degree or above

2) 模具设计或相关专业 Major in tooling design or related

3) 10年以上注塑模具设计经验， 有团队培训经验以及CNC加工经验者优先考虑 Over 10-year experience of Tooling design in Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing industry, high priority if have team training experience and CNC machining experience.

4) 三至五年相关模具部门管理经验 3-5 years tooling dept. management experience.

5) 善于根据加工能力分析零件设计并提供改善方案 Good at analyzing the part design based on the process capability and providing corresponding suggestions to improve the design.

6) 擅长现场问题解决 Excellent in solving production issue on site.

7) 良好的沟通技巧 Good communication skills

8) 英语的听说读写顺利 Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Star Rapid was founded by Gordon Styles. Star Rapid offers the world’s leading services in rapid prototyping and low-volume manufacturing. Star Rapid’s facilities are located in the Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan City. We specialize in CNC multi-axis machining, 3D metal printing, injection molding and much more. We use advanced equipment and techniques like the Renishaw AM250 for 3D metal printing and HAAS 5-axis CNC machining to turn customers’ designs into reality quickly and accurately.
