职位描述
工作职责:
1、 监控车间生产CCP点，监督执行SOP操作，形成记录。
2、 车间GMP区域巡查，监督员工执行GMP操作。
3、 过程半成品的检测，以及过程异常问题的发现，纠偏，纠正措施，记录跟踪验证。
4、 对于所有潜在不合格品的处置提出建议方案，监督整改措施的执行，跟进验证。
5、 按照要求对新产品试产进行现场控制
6、 留底样品的管理。
7、 其它上级主管或高级管理人员安排的工作任务等。
任职资格:
1． 大专及以上学历，食品/生物/化学/制药等相关专业，食品相关专业的优先。
2． 有食品厂相关工作经验或符合条件的应届毕业生。
3． 熟悉电脑操作，熟练应用office操作软件。
4． 具备一定的沟通能力，工作细心、认真、负责。服从领导的安排。
5． 能够适应倒班工作
