工作职责:

1.直接参与一线生产，按生产计划实施生产，保质保量的完成任务。

2.服从技术/管理人员指导，严格执行规定的流程。通过实践，了解并学习生产流程及步骤。

3.配合做好生产准备工作，做好生产自检

4.每天认真检查、维护和保养好使用的生产设备

5.通过实践生产技能，培养管理和沟通能力。

任职资格:

1.食品科学、电气工程、机械等相关专业，本科在读大学生。

2.愿意和生产人员进行12小时倒班，共同工作。

3.有较好的沟通表达能力、亲和力和服务意识，吃苦耐劳，具有稳定性。

4.具有一定的人员管理潜力。

5.工作有条理，细致、认真、有责任心，办事严谨。

6.熟练电脑操作及Office办公软件。

7.每周工作3-5天，适应12小时倒班。
