1. Account Management: 

1) Profitably grow revenues -- by increasing share of existing part numbers, winning more part numbers within an existing program, winning new programs within managed accounts, etc. 

2) Strengthen relationship globally on existing programs and be accountable for Customer P&L’s. 

3) Develop and execute account plans annually, with opportunity plans on programs as needed. 

4) Be the voice of the customer and identify capability gaps with key actions to close. 

5) Support PO (demand) forecasting for covered accounts including pursuing results for quoted business and converting those in to program wins. 

6) Collaborate with BDMs and FAEs to steer business development activities to win replacement and growth business, ensuring all aspects of account support are proactively managed. 

7) Provide business proposal support and inputs for existing or new business, and participate/support major contract negotiations. 

2. Program Management: 

1) Ensure on-time delivery of orders by leveraging cross-functional account team, i.e. operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, etc. 

2) Serve as a post-award Program owner to manage preparatory and executional issues so that Business Development Managers (Sales) and FAEs do not get bogged down by them and can spend more time with customers pursuing new program awards, new accounts, etc. 

3) Oversee all production activities and escalations needed to successfully deliver customer orders throughout a program’s lifecycle. This may include: Planning, Samples, Quick-Turn, New Product Introduction, Mass Production, Shipping, RMA/Issues Resolution, Qualification Audits, etc. 

3 Customer satisfaction: 

1) Collaborate with operations to optimize key operating metrics (Quality, NPI success, etc.) 

2) Raise customer satisfaction scores by utilizing or developing processes/systems to improve customer management, experience, and bi-directional feedback. 

3) Direct the activities of Customer Service staff for assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
