任职资格Requirement：

1. 本科及以上学历，管理类、物流类、供应链类相关专业优先，有MRP II或APICS证书或受过相关培训者优先；

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in management, logistic, supply chain. Holder of MRP II or APICS certificate or relevant training preferred.

2. 5年以上供应链相关领域工作经验，具备团队管理经验，具有跨国企业工作经验者优先；

Five years working experience in supply chain or related functions in managerial roles. Multi-national company working experiences preferred.

3. 熟悉计划、物流、供应链各个环节，具备专业供应链管理知识和技能，对企业质量管理体系有很好的理解；

Hands-on knowledge of all the process related to logistic and supply chain. Rich knowledge and skills in supply chain and good understanding of quality management system.

4. 优秀的分析、沟通、协调、谈判和领导能力；

Excellent skills of analysis/communication/coordination and leadership.

5. 具备高度的责任心及职业素养，可以承受高强度的工作压力；

Strong ownership and professionalism, able to work under pressure.

6. 英文听说读写流利。Fluent in English.

7. 掌握ISO9001/14001/45001标准要求，具有ISO9001/14001/45001内审员资格证优先。

Master ISO9001/14001/45001 standard requirement ,Certificate of internal auditor of ISO9001/14001/45001 is preferred.

岗位职责Responsibilities：

1. 全面负责供应链部工作，包括客服、计划、物流、新产品引进等，完成相应的考核指标；

In charge of Supply Chain Department and responsible for the delivery of all related KPIs, i.e. Customer Service, Planning, Logistics and new product introduction.

2. 负责工厂供应链管理，包括原材料计划、生产计划、订单满足与交付等；

Managing RM planning, production planning, order fulfillment and deliveries

3. 基于需求情况、销售预测、安全库存、产能与原材料供应的工厂库存控制与管理；

Owner of factory inventory control according to rolling forecast and production plan, buffer stock, capacity and RM availability

4. 保持与本地海关的工作沟通，及时解决通关方面的问题，监控通关流程、效率、合规、物流成本的合理性；

Keep good relationship with local customs, solve the customs clearance problem in time, monitor import & export customs process efficiency, compliance and logistic cost.

5. 负责工厂新产品的引进工作，协同总部开发新产品，包括项目计划，打样，试产，首次生产及交付，确保新产品按质、按量、按时交付。New products introduction by working with HQs, e.g. project planning, sampling, trial and first production, to ensure new product delivered on time, on schedule, and meeting quality standard.

6. 大力推动供应链相关绩效指标的改善，如缩短交期、降低库存、清理并避免产生旧库存等；

Drive improvement in supply chain area, such as lead time reduction, inventory control and slow mover / dead stock disposal and avoidance.

7. 配合公司生产经营需要，服从相关调动，同时主动高效完成上级交代的其他事宜；

Willing to take other assignments when necessary.

8. 在本职范围内自觉遵守安全体系、质量体系、环境体系、职业健康安全体系、社会责任和客户的要求和《员工手册》的相关规定，并配合负责部门完成相关的审核工作和新项目任务，全力以赴确保达成部门和公司目标。

Comply with the safety system, quality system, environment system, social responsibilities and customers’requirements and the regulations of company handbook. Work with other departments to ensure the company and department targets are achieved.
