JOB REQUIREMENT  职位要求

 * EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION／教育、学历资格证书

1.    Bachelor degree, engineering/material/electronic major is preferred.本科学历，工程/材料/电子专业优先.

2.    CET level 4 or above, good at both written & spoken English. / 英语四级，听写流利。

* EXPERIENCE／经验

1.    6 years or above experience in process engineering. /  6年以上工艺工程工作经验。

2.    Good communication and management skills. / 善于沟通，良好的管理技能。

3.    Independent experience of project management or production equipment improvement. / 具备独立的项目管理或生产设备改进经验。

4.    Experience in process improvement and control. / 有工艺改善和过程控制经验。

* SKILLS／技能

1.    Well know the electrical, chemistry and mechanical knowledge. / 对电气、化学、机械方面知识有较深入的理解。

2.    Know about IATF16949, ISO14001 knowledge. / 对IATF16949, ISO14001质量和环境管理体系知识有一定了解。

3.    Have knowledge about SPC, MSA, FMEA is preferred. / 优先考虑具备SPC，MSA，FMEA的知识者。

4.    Good at QC tools is preferred. / 优先考虑能够活用QC手法者。

5.    Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint. / 熟练操作办公软件，如：Excel, Word, PowerPoint。

6.    Ability to produce and revise operational standards is preferred.／优先考虑具备制作和修订作业标准能力者。

7.    Ability to do operation guidance and personnel training is preferred.／优先考虑能够实施作业指导和教育者。

8.    Review and approve engineering specification, including production release for:

9.    Lead the team with certain measures to achieve quality assurance, delivery reliability and cost reduction target.
