Mini. 2-year working experience of sourcing or related field. 二年以上采购经验
Be familiar with characteristics of direct materials and activities of a comprehensive manufacturing factory.

1. Responsible for supplier search and selection of direct materials or forwarders or scrap sales. 负责相关物料或服务的供应商的寻找和选择
2. Conduct/coordinate continuous research to ascertain market trends and availability of responsible commodities, searching for new materials, services, technologies and processes that may be more suitable and cost effective. 对相应物料持续进行市场研究，确保材料可得；跟进新技术的发展，持续寻求更适合，成本更优的新物料或服务
3. Interpret and apply relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. 理解并应用相应的政策，程序和法规
4. Manage supplier base: potential suppliers sourcing, supplier development, supplier performance evaluation and supplier phase-out. 如实管理供应商：寻求潜在供应商，供应商开发，供应商绩效评估
