Responsibilities 

-Contribute to charters success by ensuring business needs and goals are realized through analysis and reporting activities of the Business Intelligence Group;

-Responsible for supporting the Manager of Business Intelligence to empower Charter business leaders with concise, high-quality information, helping them leverage it to identify and address business opportunities and threats;

-Provide consultation on the interpretation of data to various business partners throughout the organization.

Qualifications

-Skills/Abilities and Knowledge - Ability to read, write, speak and understand English;

-Exceptionally strongcommunication skills both written and verbal;

-Prior experience and passion for leveraging data to drive business impact;

-Beginner to intermediate statistical knowledge and intuition ideally utilized in A/B or multi-variate testing (or related analytics);

-Beginner to intermediate SQL skills - Experience with reporting/ Business Intelligence tools is preferred (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Trello, Pencil, MicroStrategy , Terradata);

-Ability to speak to large groups with good presentation skills;

-Ability to perform critical thinking in the area of data analysis with intermediate analytical skills;

-Strong team and relationship building skills - High attention to detail and quality;

-Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects / assignments;

-Ability to preform in a fast-paced environment;

-Ability to understand complex business processes, riles and gain business acumen;

-Familiarity with data visualization standards and techniques to visually summarize data and insights;

-Familiarity with BI Data Modeling concepts such as Star/Snowflake Schema, Dimesions and Facts;

- Preferred Qualifications - (IIBA) accreditation, ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC, CCA, CBDA.
