岗位职责：

1、与产品经理和工程师合作，收集和评估用户需求；

2、用故事板、流程流程和站点地图来说明设计理念；

3、设计图形用户界面元素，如菜单、选项卡和小部件；

4、构建页面导航按钮和搜索字段；

5、开发UI模型和原型，清楚地说明网站的功能和外观；

6、创造原创的平面设计(如图像，草图和表格)；

7、准备并向内部团队和关键利益相关者提交草稿；

8、识别和排除用户体验问题(如响应性)；

9、根据用户反馈进行布局调整；

10、坚持字体、颜色和图像的风格标准；

要求和条件：

1、UI/UX设计师或类似职位的工作经验；

2、设计项目作品集；

3、熟悉线框图工具(如线框图工具)。cc和InVision)；

4、熟悉Adobe Illustrator和Photoshop等设计软件；

5、团队精神;较强的沟通能力，与各利益相关方合作；

6、良好的时间管理能力；

7、设计、计算机科学或相关专业本科为佳。
