Primary Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation of Non-Gaming/Gaming/Marketing applications or IT Infrastructure for building a new integrated resort, involving functional and technical specifications of the applications and delivery of the system;
2. Manage the 'virtual' project teams in terms of resource planning, work quality, deliverables and timeliness；
3. Provide resource and consulting support to relevant business projects, directing the integration needs and infrastructure and related technology components within agreed standards.
4. Manage vendors ensuring open and transparent relationship that clearly defines the preferential status and regularly reporting project status and risk;
5. Effective handover to the IS&T Operations team of specific design and operating support instructions for both infrastructure and applications.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
2. 5 or more years of experience in not less than one IT discipline including, but not limited to business analysis & design, IT project management, software development project, IT & business systems operations, network design and etc.
3. Preferred with Integrated Resort Opening project experience in Macau.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate in English. The ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage.
5. Strong vendor management skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
7. Excellent analytical and technical skills.
8. Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

主要职责:

1. 监督为兴建新综合度假村而推行的非游戏/游戏/市场推广应用程序或资讯科技基础设施，包括应用程序的功能及技术规格，以及系统的交付;
2. 管理“虚拟”项目团队，包括资源计划、工作质量、可交付成果和及时性;
3. 为相关业务项目提供资源和咨询支持，在商定的标准内指导集成需求、基础设施和相关技术组件。
4. 管理供应商，确保公开和透明的关系，明确定义优先状态，定期报告项目状态和风险;
5. 将基础设施和应用程序的具体设计和操作支持指令有效地移交给IS&T运营团队。                  

要求:

1. 计算机科学、计算机工程、系统分析或相关专业学士学位，或同等工作经验。
2. 5年以上IT行业工作经验，包括但不限于业务分析与设计、IT项目管理、软件开发项目、IT与业务系统运营、网络设计等。
3. 有澳门综合度假村开业经验者优先。
4. 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，有较强的英语沟通能力。有广东话或普通话沟通能力者优先。
5. 较强的供应商管理能力。
6. 优秀的人际交往能力，包括团队合作、促进和谈判能力。
7. 优秀的分析和技术能力。
8. 较强的将业务需求转化为技术要求的能力。
9. 较强的问题解决能力。
10. 较强的客户服务技能。
