Job Description

1. Incoming quality issue handling , tracking and reporting;
2. Incoming inspection process optimization;
3. MRB meeting with related department for quality issue handling;
4. Preventive quality assurance for new and transferred products introduction which includes process release audit, sample run quality control and lessons learnt product transferring to make sure the quality risk can be early identified and eliminated before mass production;
5. Handle all quality complaint from relevant BU, plant-to-plant delivery and Field as a key quality contact window;
6. Communicate/ coordinate/ lead with Value Stream team together for problem solving from quality/ deliver/ cost perspective;
7. Organize regular quality meeting with BU or internal team for quality issue problem solving and yield improvement;
8. Systematic quality methods application and promotion in whole responsible production area, e.g. 8D problem solving, P-FMEA, Control plan, process capability analysis(Cp/Cpk), Poka-yoke , QAM etc；
9. Follow up A,Q ,Z product test and Process audit finding;
10. Prepare quality inspection /audit instruction for inspectors;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical / Electronic / Industrial engineering related;
2. Multinational company working experience;
3. 3+ years of quality experience, additional R&D and project management experience are preferred;
4. Rich experience at customer complaint handling;

5. Good skill of problem solving and project monitoring/ reporting;

6. Possess good data analysis skill, can use various types of quality tools to analyze and solve problem , such as P-FMEA, Control plan, SPC,6-sigma,8D etc;

7. Be familiar with SMT, Wave soldering, electrical testing, Box-build and related assembly process;

8. Good understanding for ISO9000 standard;

9. Fluent at English speaking and writing;

10. Ability to work independently and under pressure;

Bosch (Zhuhai) Security System Co. Ltd is one of the largest manufacturing bases in the world; it mainly produces securities, communication and other products to China and other countries of the world. The outstanding R & D team is the insurance of creative products and high quality, Bosch Zhuhai has over 70 R&D team members, they are mainly in charge of R&D task in related to Intrusion,CCTV, Fire and Communication systems, their work also covers functional test and system test.
