任职要求：

1、***，年龄20-35周岁，中专或高中学历；

2、1年以上模具注塑部门文职经验，电脑操作熟练，能熟练使用Word/excel/PPT等软件；

3、具有良好的文字表达能力，数据观念强，工作认真细致；

4、熟悉公司文件控制程序和档案管理制度；

5、对品质管理知识和5S知识有一定的了解；

6、具有良好的执行能力，为人正直，原则性强。

岗位职责：

1、负责有关模具注塑文档的录入、排版、打印与扫描；

2、完成有关品质文件的收集、整理、装订、归档等保管工作；

3、根据主管与班组长的要求申购日常办公用品，并记录；

4、负责模式具注塑部召开的各种会议的记录工作，及时记录会议纪要。

本岗位不属于办公室文员，属班组长级别，工资构成1900底薪+按劳动法计算加班费+职务补贴+技能补贴
