Responsibility:

1.     Check with relative team to be sure the technical proposals are properly and realisable

2.     Lead the assigned new projects from kick off to close, well organize the all tasks be realized within budget.

3.     Synthesis and achieve the projects documentation on each Gate in project process.

4.     Well organize the related resource to meet the project set target.

5.     Support to review and approve the new build tooling design from suppliers.

6.     Meet the requirement from the customer and guarantee the production quality

7.     Build the completely development process file and smoothly transfer the project

8.     Provide specification, mould information, BOM etc. to product department and other relative department

9.     Follow up to ensure the project development and improvement.

Experience/经验:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering related major. PMP qualification or equivalent is desirable;
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably for a western company in China;
Solid experience in mechanical product development, project planning, project costing & budgeting, risk management and/or change management;Strong project risk analysis ability.
Extensive experience of either Punching, Roll-Forming, automated assembly equipment and processes or a combination hereof;
Stress-resistant with the ability to express a great level of confidentiality;
Superb communication and negotiation skills including an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin;
Open-minded, presentable and professional appearance with a positive business attire;
Practical, pro-active and resilient approach while willing to work according fixed processes and time-lines;
Ability to create and read technical drawings, product, process and material specifications;
Solid knowledge of MS office and project software tools; Knowledge of CAD software packages would be an advantage;
