岗位职责:

All employees are subject to the conditions of employment set out in their Employment Contract. This details the professional and particular duties required of employees, together with benefits provided by the College.

The duties of Procurement Officer at Dulwich International High School Zhuhai are as follows:

Purchasing
1.Responsible for daily consumable purchasing, ensure delivery on time and checking delivery of goods/services matches orders.
2.Stationary ordering and management of stationary warehouse.
3.Create purchase orders in the system and follow up with suppliers and users.
4.Collect supplier information and documents, establish supplier information database.
5.Submission of accounts for goods and services received to Accounts Payable.
6.Make purchase records, sort out and filing.
7.School Events support.
8.Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Uniform
1.Responsible for staff uniform ordering, gather staff uniform feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
2.Support the uniform week and annual inventory audit.

Operations
1.Coordinate with School bus vendor and be responsible for operating school bus daily management.

Safeguarding
1.Operations and HSE related tasks that ensure that safeguarding and HSE policies are implemented and followed.

任职资格:

1.College degree or above
2.Purchasing experience in an international environment
3.Good command of computer skills
4.Be equipped with a good ability to plan and organize work
5.Good communication skills in Mandarin & English (speaking and writing)
