工作职责：

1. comprehensive commodity strategies that documents sourcing approaches, preferred suppliers, cost performance and gaps, quality performance and gaps, logistics solutions and technology roadmaps.

   建立全面的商品采购策略，参照性价比、商品质量差距以及物流方式等方面做出供应商以及供应渠道的筛选。

2. Excel in supplier negotiations using multiple approaches such as market tests, long term agreements, cost models.

   通过市场调查、长期协议和成本模型与供应商进行沟通谈判。

3. Manage the relationship with key suppliers.

   与重要战略供应商建立良好关系。

4. Management / supervision multiple buyer.

   管理/监督采购员工作。

5. Perform comprehensive evaluations to   ensure best-in-class pricing based on total cost of ownership.

   执行全面的评估方案， 确保在总价的基础上获得最优价格。

6. Summarize sourcing recommendation and be able to convince stakeholders of sourcing recommendation.

   总括可信的采购货源。

7. Interface with the user department as the procurement specialist that allows management to make the right procurement decisions.

   与使用部门密切联系，以便管理层做出更准确的采购决定。

8. Visit suppliers regularly to understand the manufacturing process and new developments.

定期拜访供应商，了解其商品的生产过程和发展动向。

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree of above in business administration, Hotel management or discipline with relevant professional qualification, preferred a members of the Institute of Purchasing & Supply or Institute of Supply Management.

   本科以上学历，工商管理、酒店管理或其他相关专业；采购与供应链协会或供应链管理协会成员优先。

2. Minimum 10 years of experience and at least 5 years at supervisory / management level in Purchasing or a related field.

   至少10年以上采购或相关领域工作经验， 其中至少5年采购管理工作经验。

3. Experience in hotel procurement and strategic procurement will be advantage.

   拥有酒店采购经验和战略采购经验者优先。

4. Experience Knowledge in SAP will be advantage.

   会SAP并拥有SAP工作经验优先。
