College graduation or above 

专科或以上学历。

  Familiar with process flow of cable harness.
熟悉电线束产品的工艺流程。

  Familiar with quality control tools, SPC, FMEA .etc skills.
熟悉质量控制手法、SPC、FMEA 等工具。

  Familiar with 6S system.
熟悉6S管理制度。

  Familiar with ISO 9001 and TS16949 System.
熟悉ISO 9001以及TS 16949质量管理体系。

对工艺工程部的工艺改进给予支持。

  Supporting new technologies, equipment and products transferred from HQ.

对总部新技术、设备和产品的转移给予支持。

  Should have management experience, i.e. have leader a quality team or group.
具备管理经验，如:质量团队管理经验。

  

   PC skills (able to use MS word, MS Excel，PowerPoint and Outlook etc.).
具备电脑操作能力（能使用MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint和 Outlook等）。

  Good at writing and reading English skills.

  Analyzing and ensuring process quality check (IPQC).
分析和确保制程检验。

   Analyzing and ensuring outgoing quality check (OQC).
分析和确保出货检验。

   Dealing with customer complaint.
处理客户投诉。

   Setting up and maintaining quality document.
建立和维护质量文件。
