• Supporting the digital transformation across the ISC;

• Identifying opportunities for improving processes that have a tangible impact on business performance and partner with stakeholders to understand current challenges and implement solutions to address them;

• Using data-driven analytical rigor and/or six sigma and/or lean expertise to accurately identify issues that lead to sub-optimal performance and their root causes;

• Engaging actively in Learning & Development program, mentoring/coaching sessions, and the ISC community;

• Reviewing jointly performance and rotation period with line manager and program manager;

• Acting as ambassador for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Early Professional Program and actively participate in identifying new rotation and landing positions as well as recruitment activities for future participants.

• Responsible for production planning:

              

• Managing the quality of planning related master data in close cooperation with NPI/LCM and TPS team

• Generate and confirm W+1 daily production plan based on delivery request from supply planning team and materials & production capacity pre-information and labor resource

• Follow up daily production plan status and coordinate plan change on time in case any issues happen

• SAP system issues follow up and raise call to IT team for support

• Related KPIs monitoring and following up, responsible for weekly OPS report and monthly internal S&OP deck

  

Job Requirements  & Skills

• Education学历:

• Bachelor degree or above, ,major Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent discipline is preferred

    

 

  

• Experience工作经验

• Maximum 1 years of work experience (0-1 years’ Early Professionals)

• Interested or experienced in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)

      

 

  

• Competency and Skills 能力和技能

• Digital savvy, good knowledge of data analysis and interpretation for informed decisions

• Required competencies: High energy, Adaptability, Continuous learning, Initiating action, Innovative, high work standards

• Good (fluent) verbal and written Chinese and English skills are required

• Know production planning concept and logic

• Knowledge in Microsoft office software and SAP system
