工作地点：内地工厂

(a) 资历

i. 屋宇设备/机械/电气/电子工程 或其他相关学科高等文凭/高等证书，8年相关工作经验；或最少4年相关经验的学位持有者

ii. 申请人必须在过去4年取得相关经验，并有参与大型香港项目或类似国际项目的经验

iii. 有提交入则文件和入则验收的经验

iv. 擅长沟通、解决问题、分析、谈判能力强

v. 中英文口语、书写流利；普通话流利

(b)职责

i. 依据规范、图纸、施工方案，检查并监督相关测试，如设备/组件的性能、工艺、质量、预组装

ii. 准备检查/测试报告

iii. 视察/见证所有机电及机场系统主要设备（如发电机、冷水机、总配电板、冷气机等）的测试/安装工作，以及其他设备的原型/样机/样品，模块化及预制安装工作，以及大型管道焊接工作

Hong Kong Airport Project--E&M/Systems Inspectors

(a) Minimum Qualification and Experience:

i. Higher Certificate/Higher Diploma in Building Services/ Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 8 years' experience or Degree holder with at least 4 years' relevant experience.

ii. The relevant experience must have been gained within the previous 4 years and have experience in large scale Hong Kong projects or similar international projects.

iii. Experience in statutory submission and inspections. iv. Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.

v. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Be fluent in spoken Putonghua.

(b) Particular Duties:

i. Carry out inspection and witness the testing in accordance with the specifications, drawings and method statements (to be issued in due course) for the performance, workmanship, quality of the equipment/modular and pre-fabrication installation.

ii. Prepare the inspections/testing reports.

iii. Inspect/witness the all tests/installation on E&M and Airport Systems major equipment such as generator, chillers, main switchboard, air conditioners, etc., and prototypes/mockups/samples of other equipment, modular and pre-fabrication installation and large pipe welding.
