工作职责:

1、 日常接待，负责电话的接听，预订机票，酒店，每日的工作餐等；

2、 保安、保洁、班车、配餐、草坪绿化、室内花卉、生活垃圾、可回收垃圾、打印机等日常管理及与服务商的沟通协调，公司车辆及司机的日常管理；

3、 协助组织公司活动，例如年会、Team Building、体检、生日会、妇女节、粮食日、圣诞节、旅游等；

4、 负责行政部费用的申请；每季度办公用品和日耗品等物品进行统计，发放和对账；公司固定电话与公司号码的移动电话费用申请。

5、 派遣人员入职办理；指纹录入、每月考勤数据下载、门禁卡设置；

6、 IT方面：IT机房钥匙保管、TV PPT播放，每日广播体操音乐播放，IT外包人员的沟通，更换办公室公共区域墨盒、租赁大打印机的日常管理；办公室日常环境的维护。

7、 公司不良品的协助处理；

8、 其它上级主管或高级管理人员安排的工作任务等。

任职资格:

1、 大专以上学历；2年以上行政岗位的工作经验；

2、 熟练操作Word, Excel等办公软件，英语4级；

3、 良好的服务意识与沟通协调能力，注重细节；

4、 有人事方面经验优先考虑；
