Job Description：

  

• Responsible for automation equipment software development, including motion controller.
• Components selection and BOM building for electrical system.
• Responsible for human-machine interface, PLC programming.
• Responsible for electrical schematic drawing, maintain and archive the BOM, PLC, HMI, and other related documents.
• Prepare technical documents and train service engineer to ensure their equipment knowledge and correct operation.  
• On site commissioning and troubleshooting support.
• Product optimization and Process improvement, software support & improvement.
• Support for Project manager, Sales team, Product manager, and Service.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above major in Electronic information engineering, automation or related.
2. More than 2 years experiences on industrial control automation equipment design, instrument and control technology, motion control or motion control through PROFIBUS / CAN bus.
3. With C programming foundation, skillfully use C # base on .Net, connect PLC with high efficiency communication. Complete the development of system configuration software.
4. Able to prepare electrical schematic diagram independently. Set parameters for servo / frequency inverter. Familiar servo and stepper motor application.
5. Proficient in RS485, TCP / IP, MODBUS or other communication.
6. Experience in PLC programming and debugging, Siemens and B&R preferred.
7. With machine vision experience or MES communication preferred.
8. Good command of written and spoken English. Willing to travel.
9. Self-learning and problem-solving ability, be able to find creative solutions for challenging technical issues.
10. A good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
