职位描述
Job Description *
1. Lead & Motivates a team of Line Supervisors, line Leaders and Operators on daily production matters to achieve quality and productivity.
2.Overseeing to the smooth running of production from on SMT line and backend production floor process flow to ensure shipment to customer are meet.
3.Control production processes via executing documented specifications and procedures to ensure that company goal and achievements are met with adequately.
4.Ensures that the key performance indicators such as quality, productivity, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement on production processes.
5.Minimize changeover times through organized and well-planned changeovers from model to model based on Shipment commits as per planner planned.
6.Minimize excess material on floor; ensure proper storage and availability of operation supplies and equipment.
7.Ensure line personnel are thoroughly trained, certified, and are performing their assigned functions.
8.Develop, motivate, and challenge all line members to perform to their full potential through direct and timely formal and informal feedback.
9.Create a positive atmosphere, instill a sense of pride in product workmanship and appearance, celebrate accomplishments, and champion improvement in all areas.
10.Maintain a daily tracking log for employee and monitor on the employee attendance.
Job Requirements *
1.Bachelor's Degree holder
2.Above 5 years working experience in PCBA manufacturing.
3. Drive team solve the production issue.
4. Good communication skill.
