Responsibilities / 岗位职责：

Essential Functions:

1. Ensure that the right product is developed and delivered to meet Company's standard & customer's requirement

2. Prepare Product Specification

准备产品规格

3. Lead and Develop Product Mechanical Qualification

领导和发展产品的机械资格

4. Prepare Mechanical Component Specification

准备机械零部件规格

5. Lead and Develop Mechanical Component Qualification

领导和发展机械零部件资格

6. Responsible to lead the Product Design Review

负责领导产品设计评审

7. Responsible of Injection Tooling follow up in supplier

负责供应商注塑模具的跟进

Other Duties:

1. ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and action plan issuing

ECN（工程变更通知）实施行动计划发布

2. Responsible for Mechanical Technical Support to other department

负责其他部门的机械技术支持

Qualifications / 岗位需求：

- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.

英语听说、读写流利

- Bachelor degree or above on mechanical engineering

本科或以上学历，机械工程专业

- At least 5 years working experience，mechanical design experience necessary

5年以上工作经验，有机械设计经验者优先

- Ability on decision-making & problem solving

具备决策和解决问题的能力

- Effective communication skill

有效的沟通技巧

- Experience in multinational company is preferable (European or US company)

有跨国企业工作经验者优先（欧美公司）

- Experience in battery design

具备电池设计经验
