This position is with an R&D group targeting innovative developments and applications for acoustic & audio technologies.

In this role we are looking for a technical support whom has great passion in audio (or music) engineering and enthusiasm to continuously improve our respectable customer's satisfaction.

As a technical support expert, you will:

* Technical communication with other partners at ROTEL.

* Provide technical support to global team to accept, and go through the queries, questions and feedback on troubleshooting.

* Be involved in engineering team to continuously improve product quality in acoustic and audio engineering.

Below education, skills, abilities are a key and essential for this position:

* College or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.

* Basic English verbal and good English writing skills. (注：不具备此项能力者，请勿投简历）

* Customer Oriented

* Strong enthusiasm and passion in audio (or music) engineering

Additional experiences are desired (non-essential) to a high confidence success of candidate:

* 1+ years of experiences in technical support is desired.

* 2+ years of experiences in troubleshooting is desired.

* Experience in design or testing of audio / video or signal process electronics, solid knowledge in consumer electronic, software development and testing is desired.

* 向全球团队提供技术支持，接受并完成处理有关故障诊断问题解决有关的问题咨询和反馈工作。

* 作为工程组的一部分对产品声学和音频工程品质持续改进。

以下为胜任本职位所需的关键且必须的教育背景和技能：

* 工科或理科大学学历或学士学位。

* 日常英文口语交流及良好的英文读写能力。(注：不具备此项能力者，请勿投简历）

* 以客户为导向。

* 在音频（或音乐）工程领域有强烈的热情和激情。

以下是高信心度符合成功候选人所期望（非必须）的附加工作经验：

* 1年以上技术支持工作经验者优先考虑。

* 2年以上问题故障诊断工作经验者优先考虑。

* 在音视频或信号处理领域工作经验，对消费电子，软件开发和测试拥有扎实的知识者优先考虑。

     珠海保税区洛得电子有限公司是一家港资独资企业，总部1961成立于日本东京，其它韩国、中国香港设有办公室。截至目前已有60年历史。公司主要生产、制作和销售自产的电子、家电、通讯产品、环型及EI型电源变压器产品、音箱等。经营范围还涉及保税仓储和转口贸易等。主要市场为欧美地区。
      公司2000年于保税区购地36000平方米，2005年7月正式投入生产。其中兴建员工宿舍用地5200平方米，兴建厂房一期用地9120平方米。目前有在职员工200名。
