PURPOSE:

To provide timely and accurate payroll processing for assigned categories of employee, and support the C&B transactions of SGZ and SSH.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Review the attendance data of the departments, and advise on correction methods on abnormal attendance.

2. Maintain the standard salary items of assigned categories of employee.

3. Maintain the employee documents and status change of assigned categories of employee.

4. Process the payroll for assigned categories of employee.

5. Correct the payment errors, and coach the department users to prevent the errors caused by incorrect attendance administration.

6. Answer the query from the employees on the payroll and mandatory benefits

7. Develop the payroll related management reports.

8. Make and distribute pay slip of assigned categories of employee

9. Administrate the labour contract of general workers, including signing, renewal, and maintenance of documents.

10. Take ad hoc assignments from HR manager.
    

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

1. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above.

2. Experience: At least 3 years’ experience of payroll processing in a foreign enterprise, experience of using HRIS is a plus.

   KNOWLEDGE:

1. Knowledge: Payroll processing, and mandatory benefits processing and policies

2. Languages: Good written and oral English

2. Be able to effectively communicate with general workers on C&B policies

3. Stress resilience and capacity to work under pressure.
